CMS acts for Kobus on Spanish photovoltaic plants deal

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo advised private equity fund Kobus Partners on the acquisition of two photovoltaic energy projects located in Aznalcáollar (Seville) and Hornachuelos (Cordoba).

The two projects have a total installed capacity of 3.7 megawatts (MW).

Kobus Partners has €75 million worth of infrastructure sector investments under management.

The CMS team included partner María Guinot, associates Carlos Tallón, Javier Belmonte and David Porras, and counsel Rafael Sáez.
