Clifford Chance advises Vauban on €409m FCC stake acquisition
Clifford Chance has advised Vauban on the purchase of three concessions from FCC
Clifford Chance has advised European fund Vauban Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition from FCC of a 51% stake in Cedinsa; a concessionaire with four motorways in Catalonia, a 49% stake in Ceal 9; a concessionaire of section 1 of Line 9 of the Barcelona Metro and a 29% stake in Urbicsa; the company responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Ciudad de la Justicia in Barcelona and l’Hospitalet de Llobregat. The amount of the operation totals more than €409 million.
