Clifford Chance advised Cellnex Telecom on the circa EUR 5,200 million backstop
financing for the acquisition of Hivory, the tower business division of Altice France and
Starlight Holdco.

The deal consolidates the infrastructure sharing model and contributes to the
acceleration and generation of efficiencies in the deployment of telecommunications
infrastructures in France.
