Clifford Chance acts for Lakestar on €150m Glovo financing round

Clifford Chance has advised venture capital fund Lakestar on the Series D round of financing for the start-up company Glovo, which specialises in the online delivery business.

Lakestar led the round of financing, which raised a total of €150 million.

The Madrid-based Clifford Chance team included Javier García de Enterría (pictured), Jose Manuel Llanos, Juan Cuerva, Carmen Satrústegui, Laura Milian and Jorge Martín-Fernández.
