Citrico Global takes over San Miguel Fruits Peru: the advisors
Citrico Global, the Spain based provider of ecological citrus fruits, has acquired San Miguel Fruits Peru, the Peru based peru based fresh fruit operations of SA San Miguel from SA San Miguel AGIClyF, the Argentina based engaged in the production, packaging and export of fresh fruits and citrus, including lemons, tangerines, oranges and grapefruits.
The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
The transaction is expected to be closed in the coming weeks and it is still subject to the usual conditions and formalities.
Garrigues advised Citri&Co with Ernesto Rey (partner), Lorena Colomer (partner) and Amadeo Lerma (senior associate).
