New partner at Lener Asesores
Miguel Lobón García (pictured) has been appointed as a partner in the commercial department of Lener Asesores.
After almost 10 years of experience in the legal sector, Miguel joined Lener in June 2019 as an associate lawyer in the Commercial Law department of the Barcelona office, a specialty he has developed during his professional career at the Dexeus Law Firm, and subsequently at the Augusta Abogados law firm.
On a regular basis, his professional activity is basically focused on the commercial advice of companies belonging to family groups, being also Secretary of the Board of Directors of numerous companies linked, among others, to the technology, real estate, retail, pharmaceutical, and nautical sectors after the entry of venture capital entities.
Since 2014 he has specialized in the Entrepreneurship sector, advising promoters of start-ups, both in the initial phases and expansion until their sale. Likewise, he is a regular collaborator of the main accelerators and incubators in Spain, actively participating in the design of incubation and / or acceleration plans.
Similarly, it is worth highlighting his special involvement in advising on alternative financing methods to banking, actively participating in the dissemination of crowdfunding and crowdlending platforms, in the creation of ICO’s as well as in the search for public financing, aid and subsidies.
Today, Lener Asesores has more than 300 professionals specialised in the financial, legal, tax and insolvency fields.
