Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão has advised the Eurogalva Group on the total acquisition of Fisola Group
With a strong industrial nature, the Eurogalva Group has interests in the areas of galvanising, metalworking and construction. This acquisition was intended to reinforce the efficiency of the Eurogalva Group and consolidate it in the market, thus representing a strategic option for the growth of Eurogalva, both in telecommunications and renewables areas.
