Century 21 instructs Pérez-Llorca on registering as Real Estate financial broker

Century 21 Spain has instructed Pérez-Llorca on registering its first franchise as a pilot Real Estate credit intermediary with the Bank of Spain

According to the company, this intermediary role, that they had already experienced in the Portuguese market “comes to cover the need for a professional service, expert in the management for obtaining mortgages, which helps the consumer to access different proposals and thus compare the best conditions from a perspective of independence and neutrality.” This new mortgage broker function has been adapted to the Spanish reality following European regulations.
