CCR advises Hanwha on the purchase of photovoltaic projects

CCR Legal advised the Hanwha Q Cells group in the acquisition of two photovoltaic projects in Portugal of up to 640 MW of installed capacity

Hanwha Q Cells group is a Korea-based manufacturer of solar panels. The group foresees a total investment of more than 300 million euros in Portugal in these two projects.

The team from CCR was led by managing partner Cristina Cabral Ribeiro (pictured), and included Luís Pedro Oliveira, Tiago Abade, and Francisco Sousa Coutinho.
