AVM advises banks on issuing Eurobonds
AVM advised the banking syndicate formed by Deutsche Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and Standard Chartered Bank
The operation included the establishment of a Medium Term Global Program (GMTN) for the issuance of public debt in the form of Eurobonds and, a second phase that consisted on the a drawdown of 3 billion dollars.
The team from AVM was led by managing partner António Vicente Marques (pictured) and included Senior Associate Tiago Pereira Monteiro and Associate Maria Inês Costa.
