Cavaleiro & Associados advises Dourogás on the sale of Sonorgás
Cavaleiro & Associados has advised Dourogás, one of Portugal’s leading natural gas operators, on the sale of Sonorgás to Icon.
Through this agreement, Dourogás sold its entire stake in Sonorgás, a company dedicated to the development and management of natural gas supply networks, to the international fund manager Icon Infrastructure.
The team from Cavaleiro & Associados advising Dourogás was formed by João Quintela Cavaleiro (pictured), Tiago Rocha Matos, Pedro Seixas Silva and lawyer Sofia Garriapa.
KPMG and Rogério Alves e Associados, led by João Perry da Câmara and André Oliveira e Costa, also advised, while Icon was advised by Evercore and Uría Menendez.
