CMS Portugal advises Aprolis on the purchase of Empigest
CMS Portugal has advised Aprolis, a company specialized in the rental of handling equipment in Europe and Asia, in the purchase of Empigest, which in recent years has developed its activity in the rental and maintenance of industrial machinery, including forklift trucks.
The team from CMS Portugal advising Aprolis was formed by the partner (pictured from left to right), Francisco Xavier de Almeida, and the associates, André Guimarães and Francisca Pereira da Cruz.
The sellers were advised by Telles, with the respective team consisting of the of counsel, Tiago Sampaio and the associate, André Magalhães.
