Cases & Lacambra and GA_P advise on MSA Mizar’s investment in Veta+
The Italian group MSA Mizar, the leading provider of outsourced insurance claims management services, has finalized the acquisition of Veta+, an independent market leader in property insurance outsourcing in Spain with over 30 years of experience, from Kartesia.
Cases & Lacambra has acted as the legal counsel of MSA Mizar on this M&A transaction, with a team of various practice areas led by corporate/M&A partner Bojan Radovanovic. The team included corporate/M&A associates Beatriz Tapia, Óscar Ballester and Celia Cabré. In addition, the tax team of the firm has advised on the Spanish tax structuring aspects of the transaction, with a team that included tax partner David Navarro and tax associates Carolina Dalmau and Luca Giambiasi.
