BPV Abogados incorporates North Legal
BPV Abogados strengthens several of its areas through the integration of Barcelona boutique law firm North Legal. This announcement comes shortly after the recent integration of Linares Barreda in Madrid, and reinforces the firm’s commitment to expand its presence in key markets such as the United States, Europe and Latin America.

North Legal was founded by Cristina Adell and Carlos Jiménez, in 2021, after more than 20 years working together. Their specialization is in the area of corporate law, from M&A to corporate dispute resolution, including other issues such as competition matters, directors’ liability and challenging corporate resolutions, among others.
