DLA Piper in Portugal advised S317 Consulting on all stages of the acquisition of Sair da Casca Consultoria em Comunicação da Responsabilidade Social. This advisory included structuring and negotiating the transaction, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting and reviewing the share purchase agreement and related documents.
