Belda Bordón opens litigation department and incorporates new counsel

Belda Bordón has opened litigation department, to provide services in procedural matters of civil, criminal, economic and bankruptcy law, under the direction of judge on leave of absence Pedro Javier Belda Calvo.

This appointment represents a clear strategic commitment of the firm to expand and strengthen its service proposal, responding to the needs of its clients in civil, economic criminal and bankruptcy procedural matters.

Pedro Javier Belda Calvo is a magistrate on leave of absence, having worked in civil and criminal courts, and in the Provincial Court, with experience in civil matters, criminal investigation and with solid knowledge and experience in the areas of economic, bankruptcy and commercial criminal law.

Before joining the judiciary, Pedro worked as a lawyer in his own law firm, and headed the legal department of a national company in the construction sector for more than ten years. He holds a doctorate in Law cum laude and a doctorate in International Constitutional Law. He has been involved in various national and international matters in certain EU countries and South America.

Belda Bordón will advise national and international clients in the judicial instances, placing at the head of his new department a lawyer with a solid professional career, guided by the values of excellence and commitment that characterize the firm.
