BDO Abogados announces three new partners
BDO Abogados has announced the promotion of three new partners: Benjamín Arraou, from the French Desk team, and Belén Cabrera, from the Tax practice, both based in the Barcelona office. Additionally, Álvaro Marco, currently Legal Partner in the Madrid office, has been appointed as an Equity Partner.
Belén Cabrera joined BDO in 2015 and has since provided recurring tax advisory services within the team led by David Sardà, managing partner of the Tax practice in Barcelona and head of the High Net Worth Individuals division.
Benjamín Arraou, who joined in 2017, has significantly strengthened BDO’s advisory services for French-speaking clients, establishing a robust client portfolio that maintains close collaboration with BDO’s offices in France. This success has made the French Desk one of the firm’s most promising practices.
Álvaro Marco, a specialist in M&A, joined BDO in 2013 and has been a key figure in the Madrid office as managing partner of the Legal practice. Álvaro has extensive experience in the purchase and sale of companies across various sectors, including industrial, services, sports, and entertainment. He has also spearheaded initiatives in real estate, sports, technology, and transactions. His promotion to Equity Partner reflects his strong results and professional achievements.
