B. Cremades y Asociados promotes a new partner
B. Cremades y Asociados has promoted Patrick Byrne (pictured), who has been with the firm since 2016, to partner.
Byrne holds a BA in political science and a JD from the University of California and an LLM from the school of international arbitration at Queen Mary University of London.
He is also an adjunct professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he teaches common law principles to students in the LL.M. programme in international advocacy.
“Our desire as a firm is to promote talent internally,” explains Bernardo Cremades, Jr, a partner at the firm. “We have a clear internalisation strategy, as our clients’ arbitrations take place in different parts of the world. Thus, a professional like Patrick, with dual US-Irish nationality and a degree in California, becomes a strategic partner for the firm,” he adds.
