Araoz & Rueda advises vendor on sale of Hard Rock Hotel site
Araoz & Rueda advised the vendor on the sale of a plot of land on the outskirts of Barcelona to the German real estate group ASG.
The land will be the site of a new Hard Rock Hotel, which will open in 2022, The hotel will have 504 rooms.
A total of €200 million will be invested in the hotel, which will be operated by Hard Rock, through a long-term management contract.
