Apollo instructs Linklaters on €200m Banco Santander property deal

Linklaters advised Apollo Capital Management on the acquisition of a portfolio of Spanish commercial real estate assets from Banco Santander.

The deal was valued at €200 million.

The portfolio mainly consists of offices in Madrid and Barcelona.

Apollo has assets under management with a total value of approximately $270 billion.

The Linklaters team included partners Víctor Manchado and Javier García Pita (pictured), counsels Alejandro Meca and Gabriel Cabello , associate Esteban de Santos, and lawyer Ana Galindo.
