KPMG Abogados director leaves for EY
KPMG Abogados commercial director Susana Gómez Badiola has left the firm to join EY Abogados as a partner.
Gómez Badiola spent 12 years at KPMG. It is the second time she has joined EY Abogados – she worked for the firm as a lawyer between 2001 and 2006.
Her expertise includes advising Spanish and foreign clients on M&A deals and corporate restructuring. She also has considerable experience advising on portfolio acquisitions, shareholders agreements, and joint ventures.
Her clients include global private equity firms and a number of Spanish listed companies.
