Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados has announced that, despite the fact that the number of M&A transactions in Portugal suffered a slight decrease in 2020, the firm has achieved the highest number of transactions in the Real Estate and Distribution & Retail sectors. This is according to data published by TTR, Transactional Track Record.
