Antas da Cunha Ecija advises Horizon on deal
Antas da Cunha Ecija has advised Horizon Equity Partners (Horizon) on an investment representing 80% of the capital of Geralseg – Sistemas de Segurança (Geralseg) and Vitelsis – Sociedade Comercial de Eletrotecnia (Vitelsis). The transaction allows Horizon to strengthen its position in the specialized technical services sector, supporting the development of two companies with complementary activities in security systems, telecommunications and electrical installations.
The work carried out by the Antas da Cunha Ecija team included overseeing the due diligence exercise on both target companies, preparing the documentation required to complete the transaction — including the investment agreement and the shareholders’ agreement — and handling the notification to the Portuguese Competition Authority.
