Andersen Iberia eyes €110M following PRA deal
Andersen Iberia closed 2025 with €80 million in turnover, up 13.3% year-on-year, and a 255.56% increase since 2020. José Vicente Morote, managing partner, said: “The 2025 results confirm the strength of our model based on specialization, quality, and coordinated work across practices, industries, and territories. We continue to grow with the same ambition.”
The firm aims to surpass €110 million in 2026, boosted by the integration of PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados. Spain accounted for €73.37 million of turnover, with Madrid leading at 46%. Portugal contributed 11% via Lisbon and Porto.
Commercial (25%) and Tax (24%) are the top practice areas, followed by Procedural Law (15%) and Public Law (13%). Andersen expanded regionally in 2025, integrating Teixeira & Guimarães and Santos de Oliveira & Associados in Portugal, and MTA Legal and Ramírez Mora Abogados in Spain. Cross-selling reached €21.45 million (30% of turnover), while tech initiatives include the AI tool Legora and a partnership with One Million Bot.
Andersen and future plans
Looking ahead, Morote confirmed the firm has no plans to seek external funding: “We have met with several, but did not see the need.”
Andersen is also considering opening two more offices, in Galicia and the Balearic Islands.
