Andersen advises Quantum on Madrid prime real estate acquisition
Andersen has advised Quantum Kiptam on the acquisition of a 4,600 sqm real estate asset located in Madrid’s Recoletos area.
The asset, located at Recoletos 22, will be developed across six floors and will include parking facilities. The project will comprise 10 residential units and a duplex penthouse. Architect Rafael Robledo has been appointed for the design of the development.
Quantum Kiptam is a developer focused on residential projects in Madrid. The acquisition is part of its activity in the development of residential assets in the Spanish capital.
