Andersen expands Málaga Office with Labor Partner Rocío Vivo
Andersen has announced the appointment of Rocío Vivo as Partner in its Labor Law Department, marking the establishment of this practice area in the firm’s Málaga office. With over 15 years of experience in labor and social security law, Vivo brings extensive expertise in advising national and international clients, spanning both the private and public sector.
Rocío Vivo holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Córdoba. Throughout her career, she has specialized in collective bargaining, business restructuring, employment condition modifications, and labor litigation in both Social and Administrative Courts. Her experience also includes conducting due diligence processes and developing corporate policies for employers.
In addition to her legal practice, Rocío serves as a professor in the Master’s Program in Human Resources Management at the International Graduate School (EIP), further demonstrating her commitment to the development of the field.
