Amat & Vidal-Quadras joins Grimaldi Alliance

Spanish law firm Amat & Vidal-Quadras (AVQ) – which is present in Barcelona and Madrid – has joined the Grimaldi Alliance, which has been launched by Italian law firm Grimaldi Studio Legale.

AVQ has expertise in M&A, litigation, finance, tax. A Grimaldi statement said the firms will work together advising Spanish and Italian clients on cross-border initiatives.

Grimaldi has planned a ‘Business Forum’ event for June that will be dedicated to highlighting cross-border investment opportunities for Spanish and Italian clients.

Grimaldi managing partner Francesco Sciaudone, said: “With Amat & Vidal-Quadras, we will be able to support Italian and Spanish customers in the best way, with a long-term perspective.”
