Administrativando Abogados promotes new partners

Administrativando Abogados has promoted Antonio Jesús Pérez and María José Amo to professional partners as part of its internal growth strategy.

The boutique, specialised in administrative and contentious-administrative law, continues to strengthen its leadership through internal talent. The appointments were decided by founder Antonio Benítez Ostos, who remains sole owner of the firm.

Both Pérez and Amo, previously directors, join the partnership after playing key roles in advising public and private clients and leading strategic matters within the firm.

The profiles

Antonio Jesús Pérez began his career at Martínez-Echevarría Abogados and has combined legal practice with academic activity, teaching at ISDE and in postgraduate programmes related to access to the legal profession. He has developed his career within administrative law, advising both public and private sector clients on complex regulatory and contentious matters.

María José Amo previously worked at Garrigues before joining Administrativando Abogados. She has built her practice in administrative and contentious-administrative law, with experience advising on public law matters. Within the firm, she has played a key role in the development of strategic cases and client relationships, contributing to its sustained growth.
