Pinsent Masons advises on Oesía Group stake sale
Pinsent Masons has advised Heisenberg, the majority shareholder of Oesía Group — a multinational group specialising in defence, aerospace, technology and industrial engineering — on the disposal of a 25% stake in the group to Fondo Nazca Aeroespacial y Defensa Innvierte I, F.C.R., a private equity fund focused on the strategic development of companies providing technologies and solutions for the aerospace, defence and security sectors.
