Addwill integrates GBS into Barcelona office
Addwill has strengthened its presence in Barcelona through the integration of GBS, a local law firm specialising in legal and tax advisory services for companies and individuals. The move, effective from September 2026, forms part of Addwill’s growth strategy based on incorporating specialised teams whose approach to client service aligns with the firm’s own model.
GBS brings experience in domestic and international tax planning, tax deductions in the cultural sector, restructurings and family business succession, as well as advisory work on real estate investments. The incoming team, made up of four professionals including founding partners Nuria Garrido and Eduard Soler, joins Addwill’s Barcelona offices and will reinforce the firm’s tax and legal practice areas.
With this integration, Addwill continues to consolidate a multidisciplinary advisory model spanning tax, legal and business process outsourcing, reinforcing its structure across offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Girona, the Balearic Islands and Andorra.
