Addleshaw Goddard advises two family offices on B.Power investment
Addleshaw Goddard has advised the founding partners of B.Power, a Logroño-based company specialising in biogas projects, on the entry of two family offices into its share capital — the investment vehicles of the Delclaux and Mengotti-Maroto families.
The biogas transaction
The transaction, valued at €30 million, strengthens B.Power’s position in Spain’s growing biogas sector, which is gaining increasing relevance within the national energy mix and attracting specialised investment.
The multidisciplinary team at Addleshaw Goddard was led by partner and head of energy Gonzalo Olivera, with support from counsel Alberto Artés. The team also included corporate partner Roberto Pomares, senior associates Fátima García de la Torre and Elena Gonos, and associate Jorge López Rey.
