Deloitte Legal Telles advises IEM4.0 on Lince investment

Deloitte Legal Telles has advised IEM4.0, a Portuguese company based in Ovar specializing in robotics processes and mechatronic systems, in an investment transaction in the company carried out by Lince Capital, through the Lince Growth Fund I – Closed-End Venture Capital Fund.

Deloitte Legal Telles supported the legal due diligence conducted by the investor’s advisors, as well as the drafting and negotiation of the share purchase agreement and the shareholders’ agreement between the parties. The work also included the definition and execution of the sellers’ corporate and asset restructuring, conducted in parallel with the investment transaction.
