Acquisition of Hidrosalud and Hidrosat, the advisors

Bartolome & Briones and EY Abogados have advised Culligan International, a world leader in consumer water services, on the acquisition of Hidrosalud, Hidrosat and other related entities.

Hidrosalud is a firm that is committed to a plastic-free world and offers all kinds of water-related products and services, while Hidrosat is the company’s technical service provider and offers osmosis water treatment equipment and water softening systems.

Bartolome & Briones has provided corporate and labour law advice to Culligan International and its Spanish subsidiary Acquajet Semae through a team led by Josep Enrich (corporate partner, pictured left) and Juan Carlos Lombardía (labour partner, pictured right).

EY Abogados has provided transaction tax services, which has been led by Diego Montoya (partner, transaction tax), Laura Martínez (senior manager, transaction tax) and Álvaro Prada (manager, transaction tax).
