Abreu Advogados instructed by Immochan on €411m shopping centre acquisitions

Abreu Advogados advised commercial real estate company Immochan on the €411 million acquisition of the Fórum Montijo, Fórum Sintra and Sintra Retail Park shopping centres.

 

The vendor was Blackstone, which was advised by PLMJ.

Immochan manages more than 400 shopping centres in 12 countries in Europe and Asia.

The Abreu Advogados team advising Immochan was led by partners Patrícia Viana and António Pina.

Meanwhile, the PLMJ team included partner Sofia Gomes da Costa and senior associate Eduardo Sáragga Leal.
