Gómez-Acebo & Pombo instructed by Fusion on BSM Iberia deal

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo was instructed by Fusion Global Business Solutions on the IT services company’s acquisition of BSM Iberia, according to Mergermarket.

Madrid-headquartered BSM Iberia provides technology consultancy services.

Under the terms of the deal, Javier Munoz, one of the founders of BSM Iberia, will become the managing director of Fusion in Spain.

Earlier this month, Fusion announced in a statement that the company had “produced a profit for 62 consecutive quarters and remains debt free”.
