Pinsent Masons advises on Agroprotectors deal
Pinsent Masons has advised Técnicas Sanjorge, a portfolio company of private equity firm Mediterrania Capital Partners, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the share capital of Agroprotectors, a distributor of crop protection products.
Técnicas Sanjorge acquired the majority stake in Agroprotectors, which distributes crop protection products. According to the information published by the client, the acquisition coincided with the launch of Grovium, the new brand of the sustainable agricultural solutions group.
