RCD appoints David Pintos as partner
RCD has promoted David Pintos to partner within its Innovation and Entrepreneurship practice. The firm has also elevated four professionals to the Director category: Ismael Peralta, Marina Ramos, Claudio del Castillo and Albert López.
The five appointments strengthen RCD’s capabilities across its Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Administrative Law and Urban Planning, and Employment Law practices. According to the firm, the moves recognize the career paths of professionals who have developed within RCD and reflect an internal talent strategy based on merit and client commitment.
The promotions come amid a period of growth for RCD, which has recently brought in Javier Martínez and Carolina Revenga as partners in Litigation and Insurance, Francisco de Asís García as partner in Tax Procedure, and Jordi Diosdado as director in the Employment Law area. The firm said it is combining the promotion of internal professionals with the hiring of external talent to consolidate its teams and expand its specialized advisory capacity.

The development of internal talent is an essential part of our culture and one of the bases on which we build the firm’s future.”
Ignasi Costas, co-managing partner of the firm, added: “The fact that these professionals are taking on new responsibilities allows us to expand capabilities in strategic areas and to address our clients’ needs with greater solidity. Their knowledge of the firm and their vision for the future help consolidate the way we understand advisory work and continue advancing our growth project.”
