Zadal hires José Magán Ayuso as banking partner
Zadal has incorporated José Magán Ayuso as a partner in its Banking & Finance area, bringing the practice to three partners and broadening the firm’s experience advising on domestic and international financing transactions.
Magán has extensive experience advising national and international clients on all types of financing operations, including project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate financing. He has particular specialisation in financing transactions within the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors, and his practice also covers deals with a significant cross-border component, including the design, negotiation and implementation of complex structures and multi-jurisdictional security packages.
The profile
Before joining Zadal, Magán was director of the Mercantile-Financial Law department at Deloitte Legal, and previously worked in the Financial Law teams at Cuatrecasas and Freshfields.
