Zadal promotes Román Mejías to partner
Madrid-based law firm Zadal has promoted Román Mejías to partner within its Banking and Finance practice, the firm announced. The move brings ZADAL’s partnership to seven and forms part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen its financing and complex restructuring advisory work.
Mejías has advised on complex financing transactions for a client base that includes financial institutions, multinational companies and investment funds, both in Spain and in international markets.
His practice covers direct lending, non-performing loans, refinancing, debt restructuring and the coordination of multinational structures.
