Juan Alfonso Domenech Gil joins Indra Group as legal director
Juan Alfonso Domenech Gil has joined Indra Group as director of business legal affairs, according to an announcement shared by the legal executive on LinkedIn.
Domenech Gil brings extensive experience in legal affairs, corporate law and public-sector organisations to his new role. His professional career has included senior legal positions within several Spanish public institutions and companies.
The profile
Prior to joining Indra Group, Domenech Gil was linked to ABANCA, according to his professional profile. He previously served as Director of Legal Counsel at the Instituto de Crédito Oficial (ICO), where he was responsible for legal advice across the institution, regulatory compliance, procurement and the coordination of the legal departments reporting to him.
Earlier in his career, he was appointed Director of Legal Affairs at Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) in 2014, a position he held until February 2018. He had previously worked as State Counsel, including at the Ministry of the Presidency and the State Tax Agency in Castilla-La Mancha.
