Dentons advises Castellana on Islazul deal
Dentons has advised Castellana Properties on the acquisition of the Islazul shopping centre in Madrid from Henderson Park. The asset spans more than 90,000 sqm of gross leasable area, making it one of the largest retail properties in the Spanish capital.
The transaction adds a high-volume, income-generating asset to Castellana Properties’ portfolio, reinforcing its position in the Spanish retail market.
