Cuatrecasas advises Amper on €225M of Teltronic

Cuatrecasas has advised Amper on a binding agreement with Nazca Capital for the acquisition of 100% of Teltronic, a leading provider of communications systems for defence and security, in a transaction valued at approximately €225 million.

The transaction is expected to generate commercial and operational synergies and reinforce Amper’s presence in key markets such as Brazil and Mexico, while enabling expansion into North America.

Amper, a listed industrial group with over 70 years of history, operates in more than 20 countries and focuses on defence, energy and sustainability technologies.

The team

The Cuatrecasas team was led by Roger Freixes and Santiago Bayo, with Alejandro Auset and Martí Adroer also advising on the transaction.
