Cuatrecasas advises on Covergrup integration into Leading Brokers United Spain
Cuatrecasas has advised Leading Brokers United Spain, part of Germany’s GGW Group, on the incorporation of Covergrup, a specialised provider of lifestyle and niche insurance solutions, into its Spanish platform.
Leading Brokers United operates as the holding company for brokerage firms within GGW Group. The group maintains a broad European footprint, with operations across multiple jurisdictions and a network of associated companies providing specialised insurance solutions to mid-sized corporates across more than 70 sectors.
From a strategic perspective, the integration of Covergrup is expected to enhance the group’s offering in niche insurance segments and deliver additional value to both clients and insurance carriers.
