Auren integrates Galán i Rubio in Valencia
Auren, the Valencia-based audit and consultancy firm, has integrated Galán i Rubio, a tax advisory boutique with a long track record in the Valencian market. The move adds specialist expertise in tax proceedings, family business taxation, real estate, restructuring operations, and advisory services to non-profit entities and foundations.
Leading the incoming team is Miguel Ángel Galán, managing partner of Galán i Rubio, who holds a law degree from the Universitat de València and specialises in tax law with over 25 years of experience advising domestic and multinational companies. His career has included stints at Garrigues, Andersen Tax & Legal Iberia, and Broseta Abogados.
Beyond private practice, Galán combines his professional work with teaching and mentoring, delivering courses at institutions such as the Colegio de Economistas de Cataluña and the Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles y Financieros (FEBF). He is also a member of the Asociación Española de Asesores Fiscales.
