Henko appoints Santiago Lardiés as general counsel
Henko has appointed Santiago Lardiés as its new general counsel, marking a formal transition after more than four years of collaboration with the firm as external legal advisor.
Santiago Lardiés has worked closely with Henko since its foundation in 2021, advising on more than 30 transactions across its investment portfolio, strengthening his long-standing relationship with the firm ahead of this in-house appointment.

With over 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity, Santiago has previously held partner roles at EY Abogados and Bird & Bird. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than 150 transactions across multiple sectors.
