PwC advises Blackstone on Fidere sale to Brookfield
PwC has advised Blackstone on the sale of Fidere to Brookfield Asset Management in a €1.05 billion transaction, one of the largest real estate deals in Spain this year.
PwC provided Vendor Due Diligence and Vendor Assistance across financial and tax aspects through its Real Estate Deals and Tax & Legal teams.
Fidere’s portfolio comprises around 5,300 rental homes across the Madrid metropolitan area and Guadalajara, underscoring the scale of the transaction in the Spanish residential rental market.
