Linklaters advises Ares on Spanish platform sale
Linklaters has advised investment funds managed by Ares Management on the sale of a Spanish residential real estate platform to Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP).
The transaction marks continued international investment into Spain’s residential sector through platform acquisitions.
