Andersen hires Rafael Salido for restructuring team
Andersen has strengthened its restructuring and special situations practice in Spain with the appointment of Rafael Salido as partner, bringing on board a team that includes Rocío Novales and José Manuel Vidal as senior associates. He joins from Norgestion.
His practice focuses on the financial side of restructuring processes, covering preventive scenarios, special situations and formal insolvency proceedings. This financial perspective is expected to complement the firm’s existing legal capabilities in restructuring mandates.
The team advises domestic and international companies on a broad spectrum of solvency-related matters, acting for debtors, creditors and investors.
The profile
Based in Madrid, Salido joins with more than 25 years’ experience advising on complex financial restructurings across domestic and international markets. His track record spans a wide range of debt-related transactions, including new money injections, alternative financing structures and distressed debt sales.
