Andersen advises Vitruvio on Málaga hotel deal
Andersen has advised Vitruvio, a SOCIMI managed by Abante, on the acquisition of its first hotel asset, Numa Málaga, as the company expands into the hospitality segment.
The asset comprises a 1,926 sqm property located next to Málaga’s high-speed train (AVE) station. Vitruvio currently manages more than €330 million in assets, primarily located in Madrid (85%), followed by Málaga (6.8%), Seville (2.8%), Mallorca (2.2%) and Bilbao (2.2%). Its portfolio is diversified across commercial (40%), residential (30%), office (21%) and industrial and logistics (9%) assets.
