Pérez-Llorca advises Edgar Suites on Málaga acquisition
Pérez-Llorca has advised French premium apart-hotel operator Edgar Suites on its third transaction in Spain, acquiring two adjacent properties on Calle Mariscal in central Málaga.
This marks Edgar Suites’ second acquisition in Málaga, reinforcing the city’s strategic role in its Spanish growth plan.
Since entering Spain in April 2025, Edgar Suites has completed three acquisitions totaling €43 million and 185 rooms.
